Bipolar disorder, if not identified or properly diagnosed, can be devastating to the individual as well as to those they love. The good news is that there is hope. For numerous individuals, the inspiration of a loving heavenly Father and guidance from caring professionals has led to, not only management of the illness, but also an abundant and successful life. Pastors, Chaplains, and other church professionals are welcomed to join us as Tim Reside, Executive Director of Brighter Tomorrows, shares his unique and inspiring experience of surviving bipolar disorder.

Tim Reside, Executive Director of Bright Tomorrows

Rev. Tim Reside is the Executive Director of Bright Tomorrows. Tim has been active in church related ministry and pastoral care work since 1968. Immediately prior to his work with Bright Tomorrows he served as an Associate Minister at Evangelistic Temple in Tulsa, Oklahoma for 16 years. He has been married to Nancy, the love of his life, since 1971 and together they have two wonderful married adult children and two beloved grandchildren. Tim holds a M.A. in Practical Theology and is currently a doctoral candidate in the Doctor of Ministry program at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is there continuing to advance himself in means and methods by which to better bring help, hope and healing recovery to men, women and families dealing with crisis, grief, loss and/or mental health concerns.Tim is diagnosed with bipolar disorder and has successfully coped with this challenge since 1979. Tim is known for sharing a clear message of hope and inspiration in the face of mental illness.
